Screening protocols may include verification of identity, review of publicly available criminal records, and confirmation that the applicant has not been convicted of violent felony offenses, sexual offenses, or other crimes involving assault, harassment, or threats. Arctic Labs may also consider whether an applicant has been previously removed, banned, or expelled from another gym, training facility, or private club for conduct involving safety violations, harassment, intimidation, or disruptive behavior. These measures are implemented solely to mitigate risk and protect the member community.

All members are required to adhere to established Codes of Conduct governing professionalism, respectful interaction, personal conduct, and proper facility usage. Arctic Labs maintains a zero-tolerance standard for behavior that compromises safety, including violence, harassment, sexual misconduct, theft, vandalism, or illegal activity on the premises. Violations may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

The facility utilizes professional-grade 4K video surveillance, controlled access systems, digital access logging, and AI-assisted security technologies throughout monitored areas to promote safety, accountability, and operational oversight. Monitoring systems are employed exclusively for security and risk management purposes.

Arctic Labs is a private, application-based performance and recovery facility operating under a curated membership model. Admission is selective and subject to approval at the sole and absolute discretion of Arctic Labs. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, and Arctic Labs expressly reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or revoke membership at any time, with or without cause, where it determines that admission or continued participation would be inconsistent with the safety, operational standards, or cultural integrity of the facility.
